The Most Boring Day of the Year

Last night was the MLB All-Star game so that means there is no sports activity going on today other than contact talks. That makes today the most boring day of the year. I actually found last night's game to be very interesting (I've subtracted Dan Uggla's performance), but it would have been much more interesting had the game continued past the 15th inning. Oh well.

I made it through the thirteenth inning, but gave up. I enjoyed how the level of play ramped up in the later and extra innings (subtracting Uggla's performance). Too tired after a long day, though!

All-star games generally tend to be rather boring in my opinion, but this one held my interest. I don't think I have ever seen so many runners thrown out at the plate in a game either. Now if only the D'backs can start playing like they did in April the next two months will be really nice.

Did they ever play Webb at the ASG?

The hope was he wouldn't have to pitch, but he was used in the 14th inning. All 64 players had been used by the end of the game.
